King's Crown

Collected in 1965 by Erik Kaas Nielsen from Susanne Nielsen, a 6th grade student at Brøndbyvester School in Copenhagen. "King's Crown" is a variation of the four-diamond figure commonly known as "Jacob's Ladder".

Step 4 - Working near the center of the figure, 5 temporarily hooks down 2n (a transverse string), then picks up 2f (an oblique string), releasing 2n from 5 as 5 returns.

Release loops on 1 and extend.

1, over intervening strings, picks up the oblique string that crosses the 5 loop and returns.
