1.  Follow steps 1 to 5 of The Man and his Harpoon except exchange the 3 loops on the far side of the figure.

2.  Locate the 2f strings that cross in the center of the figure. 3 pushes back the those strings, above the point where they cross, through the original 3 loop (fig. 91a - step A). 1 picks up 2n (fig. 91a - step B).

3.  Navajo 1 loops (fig. 91b - step A). 3 picks up 2f (fig. 91b - step B).

4.  Navajo 3 loops (fig. 91c - step A). Release 2 loop (fig. 91c - step B). 

5.  Point 1 and 3 upward forming The Seal Net (fig. 91d).

6.  Release 5 loop and the two seals hang down from the net (fig. 91e).
