1.  Do Steps 1 to 4 of The Duck.

2.  Exchange 5 loops as follows: Proximally transfer L5 loop to R5 (fig. 54a). Proximally insert L5 into proximal R5 loop and remove only this loop from R5, thus passing the former L5 loop through the former R5 loop (fig. 54b).

3.  Do steps 6 and 7 of The Duck. This is fig. 54c, The Longspur.

4.  Release 1 loop and extend. This is fig. 54d, Two Small Boys.
