The Kayak
(Barrow)

1.  Opening A.

2.  1 under 2n proximally picks up 2f and returns under 2n (fig. 51a - step A). Release 2 loop (fig. 51a - step B).  1 proximally removes 5 loop (fig. 51b - steps A and B). Keep the loops well separated.

3.  5 hooks down distal 1f through both proximal 1 loops (fig. 51c - step A).

4.  2 passes distally toward the body over all the 1 loops and hooks up the three 1n strings with an Index Twist movement (fig. 51c - step B).  Release all strings from 1.

5.  1 pushes the 2n TV string over the tip of  2 to the far side, catching it with 3 if necessary (fig. 51d).  1 passes proximally through the 2 loop below that former TV string and picks it up (fig. 51e).

6.  R Katilluik, then use 2 to spread apart the two loops on 1. You have formed The Kayak (fig. 51f).

Notes: This is similar but not identical to The Kayak described by Gordon and is formed in a different manner.
