1. Opening A.

2. Pass 1 distally through 2 loops, then under all remaining strings. Pick up 5f on the back of 1, then return 1 only far enough so you can pick up 5n and rotate 1 down and back to position, through the existing 1 loops. (fig. 48a).

 

 

 

3. Share 2 loops as follows: Proximally and from the far side transfer L2 loop to R2 (fig. 48b - steps A and B). Proximally and from the far side insert L2 into both R2 loops and return to position (fig. 48c).

 

 

 

 

 

4. Index Twist, with 2 picking up 1f (not 1n). 1 retains its loop (fig. 48d). This is The Gullet (fig. 48e).
