2, over 2n and 1 loop, hooks up 1n. 2 rotates toward the center and up, catching 1n on the nail side of 2 (fig. 39a - step A). Release 1 loop.3. Proximally transfer both 2 loops to 1. Distally transfer 5 loops to 2.
4. Hook down 2n through both 1 loops with 5 (fig. 45b).
5. Index Twist and release distal 1 loop.
