2. 1 proximally removes first the 2 loop, then the 5 loop. Keep the loops well separated on 1.

3. 5 hooks down distal 1f (TV string) through the two proximal 1 loops(fig. 42a - step A).   2 distally passes through the center of the 1 loops and hooks up the proximal 1n (TV string) by pinching it between 2 and 3 and returning to position while catching it on the back of 2 (fig. 42a - step B). Release 1 loops.
