2. Pass 1 away from you under 2 loops and return with 2f (fig. 41a). Release 2 loops. Proximally transfer 5 loops to 1.
3. 5 hooks down distal 1f TV string through the center of the two proximal 1 loops.
4. Do steps 4 and 5 of The Two Scapulae.
