1.  Steps 1 to 4 of Two Brown Bears - Method 1.

2.  L1 distally removes the R1 loop keeping it on the tip of L1. R1 passes distally through both L1 loops then picks up the proximal L1 loop and pulls it through the distal L1 loop. (fig. 4a).
