2.  Pass R2 behind L palmar distally and return, rotating R2 away from you. Pass L2 behind R palmar at a point between R2 loop and R5, and likewise distally pick up R palmar and return, rotating L2 away from you (fig. 15a).

3.  Proximally transfer 2 loop to 1. Distally transfer 5 loop to 2.

4.  5 hooks down 2n through both 1 loops.
