1.  Steps 1 to 4 of  A Man Hanging by the Neck.

2.  Three strings pass around the L palmar string and horizontally across the far side of the figure. R2 catches up the two outermost of those strings from the far side from below. R2 then distally enters the R1 loop, passes downward on the near side of the figure and behind the 5f TV string between the two crossing loops (fig. 148a). 

3.  Steps 4 and 5 of The Swan. A Man's Name (fig. 148b) will appear.
